At Presis Konsult, we are driven with precision hence we are now looking for Head of Sales and Marketing, where you will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives. This leadership position requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities to successfully lead and motivate a team.

In the Role:
- Develop Sales and Marketing Strategy by formulating comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives within Technology inclined landscape.
- Set clear performance expectations, analyse KPIS, provide coaching and feedback, with fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Oversee the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement in technological trends.
- Utilize various marketing channels such as digital marketing, social media, advertising, and events to maximize reach and impact.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends by utilizing data-driven insights to refine sales and marketing strategies, optimize pricing, and identify new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
- Regularly analyse performance data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business, Sale/ Marketing.
- Good communication in English and Swedish.
- Work experience as Head of Sales, Marketing or VP Sales/Marketing.
- Experience running successful marketing and sales campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords.
- Experience with CRM software and Sales processes.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing talent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
