Job Description:
As an HR specialist with us, you are involved in managing our most important resource. The goal of the position is to support the business in HR issues such as recruitments, training, labour law issues and systematic work environment management. The duties are not limited to:
- Design and publish new job postings..
- Manage applications, be responsible for contacts, appointment bookings and interviews with applicants.
- Maintain recruitment statistics and reports.
- Search for new channels and recruitment opportunities.
- Work with Employer Branding in social channels.
- Onboarding of new employees.

In the Role:
You will plan and conduct training for existing staff, work with HR administration such as contract writing, wellness and occupational health care, support managers in issues regarding work environment and labour law. You will make preparatory checks of timesheets and absences before salary execution, you will be a part of recurring HR processes such as salary formation, salary mapping, staff review and budget work. You will collaborate with all departments and within the corporate group in projects concerning HR.
Required Competencies:
We emphasize a genuine interest and experience with the development of embedded systems. We like to see that you have:
- You have a university and college education in the BA/HR area.
- 2-4 years of work experience.
- You enjoy working with people and are curious, open in your relationship with others, like to take your own initiatives and have a proactive personality.
- You have good communication skills in English.
- You are passionate about a good business climate and a good staff spirit at work.
- You will collaborate with staff in different departments of the company, and you must therefore be used to effectively dealing with people in different situations. You have a positive charisma, and it rubs off on those you meet.
- Since the position includes varying tasks, you need to be used to handling stress and prioritising among different tasks.
- We see that you like a high work pace but that you are also careful so that the tasks are done correctly immediately. You are used to creating structure for your work and as a person you are helpful, fast, accurate, unpretentious, and ambitious.
